The Chapel of Saint Blaise stands on a slope of the rugged mountains of Tivissa, near the remains of a fortification said to have been built by the Saracens. The present chapel dates from the 19th century and is situated beside the old path that ran from Tivissa to Perelló across the plains of the Burgans.
